Recipe Suggestions

The number one question I’m asked at markets is
“What can I do with them?”

The best thing about Oakes Hot Sauces is the versatility — so the short answer is: anything!

But I know, that’s not exactly helpful.

Each Oakes Hot Sauce naturally pairs better with certain ingredients, and after years as a professional chef, I always worked in precise grams — 13g of cumin here, 347g of onion there.
But at home, it should be
fun. Cooking doesn’t need to feel like a chore — it should be a joyful experience to share with the people you love.

Dance around the kitchen, crack some jokes, debate politics — that’s one of humanity’s greatest inventions, right?
Good food, good conversation, and good company.

So below is a list for inspiration and ideas of what you could do.....but make it own!
